- spelling+grammar

New Features:
- generic code formatting via <code>...</code> and <shjs:generic>...</shjs>
- default language (per format) via <shjs>...</shjs>
- custom highlighting themes can be now put into the themes directory - this makes accidential deletion harder ;)
